Goal:
To release our edge pressure from the snowboard so our edge change is smooth and friction free.
How:
We call this extension, by extending up through our lower body
- Feet
- Knees
- Hip
We are able to release all of our edge pressure that was created by our flexion and natural forces of gravity.
We use this technique in the pipe when we are riding up the walls, by releasing the pressure at the top of the pipe wall, we are able to perform tricks, spins and change onto the opposite edge friction free.
