Lesson 2

Goal:

To leave the half pipe off our heel edge and land back in on our toe edge

How:

Position: Steering your snowboard up the wall of the half pipe and flattening out your base just before your leave the lip.

As you leave the pipe, rotate your hips and shoulders back down into the pipe and prepare to land on a flat base (ever so slightly toe edge). Flex down and stay soft into the new edge and repeat the process on the opposite wall with the new edge.
