Here's how to get the most out of the content in this Execution Plan

Read through this entire Execution plan, and watch all the videos associated with each moduel and lesson . Don't execute on the steps until you have finished watching the entire EP. This will help you understand the progression of the steps and put them into context for your learning memory.

Complete the moduels in order if you are new to snowboarding. - This Execution Plan is a checklist. Each step builds upon the next. 

Remember, complete each step in order.

Lastly, here's how to use the Execution Plan interface.

1. Play video buttons - This is how you watch the actual videos
2. Videos Lessons in each moduel  - This is your video collection in each moduule
3. Bread crumbs (Navigation) - This is your navigation identifer, use the bread crumbs to identify what section of the training you're up to.
4. Course Progress - Each Course Section contains multiple steps.
5. Lesson resources- This is where you'll find bonus content, visulization techniques and mp3 tracks to download.
