50/50 Nose press:

Goal:
To be the man in front of your friends.

How:

As you come on to the rail, have even weight on both feet and maintain a good basic stance, when you get to the down section of the box, transfer weight onto the foot and lock into the press.

Start off by practicing this at the end of the down section, then slowly work your way back once you feel confident you can hold the press! Remember, strong basic stance, weight over the front foot and hold the press with a flat base.
