K Grind:
Goal:
To do a K Grind
How:
Start off by practicing this trick half way down the feature, only when you are past half way of the rail/box should you attempt to try sliding your snowboard out to the side.
This time, keep more weight over the front foot with a flat base and when you are ready, twist your upper body and bring your back foot around at the same time. It is important NOT to twist your upper body to much so you start losing control.
