50/50 Tail press:
Goal:
To do a tail press on a flat down rail/box
How:
Come onto the rail in a 50/50 position and have a strong basic stance...Bent knees, staright back and arms out to the side. Once you get to the down section of the rail, transfer your weight onto the back foot and find your 'sweet spot' slowly lift nose up and hold the press.
Remember to keep your whole body aligned with your snowboard, look at the end of the box and prepare for your landing.
