Lesson 8

Goal:
To do a cool trick

How:

As you come onto the rail, lock into the nose slide by keeping weight on the front foot and kicking the lower body out. Have bent knees and keep your Center of mass low of the rail.

When you come to the down section, twist your upper and lower body in different directions and focus on getting the board back across the rail into the frontboard position, remember to keep some weight on the heels when doing the front board...

This trick requires more speed and a quick change of grind on the down section of the rail. It's all about confidence with this trick, you cannot half commit if you dont want to get worked.
